We were packing the Garden Bench kits for shipping yesterday and discovered that the G45 frames are 1/4″ longer than the flat rate boxes we use for shipping. Grrr! As a result, we had to cancel the shipping labels already run and re-do them. Your order is not cancelled!! You should be receiving a new shipping notice if your order was one of those affected. Because we are having to use regular boxes and we can’t take advantage of the flat rates for domestic orders, so you may receive an invoice for additional shipping, depending on your location. We are sorry for any inconvenience. As USPS says “If it fits, it ships!” but, if it almost fits, it won’t ship, as they have strict rules regarding the closure of the boxes.
