This is A KIT Reservation for the Borrowers House – Alternate ala Carte kit for the Hobbit House. The kit includes the FREE pattern(s)/instructions download. DO NOT order it separately . The pattern(s) will be sent electronically. The kit may include the following:
- Laura Denison Designs Digital Paper Pack – “Victorian Revival”
- Miscellaneous miniatures
- Assorted Coordinating 8 1/2″ x 11 and/or 12 x 12 card stock for construction, furniture, and embellishments
- Assorted Ribbon, trims, fiber and cording
- Fabric, beads, moss, flowers, turned wood,wire, dowels, sticks, and assorted embellishments
- Chipboard (medium and light weight) for construction, furniture, and embellishments
Any substitutions for items listed or shown will be of greater or equal value.
The Digital Paper Collection Pack is digital only and is intended for you to download and print. It is not pre-printed in the kit.
