How do I access the video tutorials ( One and and Done, Turn the Page, etc.) I purchased?
Some of our kits come with videos that are only accessible if you purchased the kit/pattern. You’ll find them listed under your “Welcome” menu on the “My Tutorials” page. I’m having trouble viewing videos on the website, what do I do?
If you’re trying to view the Ustream class on your iPad you’ll need to download the app. If you’re having trouble on the website we recommend using Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari (if on a Mac) for using the website. Internet Explorer has problems with their flash and is not a recommended browser for our website. If you find any other problems on our website please send us a note via the Contact Me form and select “Found a problem on the site” so that Ansley can address the issues.
Where do I find videos of past projects?
You can find videos of past projects on the Video Archives page found under Archives in the top navigation. I have them alphabetized and each project has their own page with videos so it’s easier to load and view. There are a few projects where some videos are missing – this is something I’m actively working on but due to some changes on Ustream some of the videos were lost and will need to be re-done. Thank you for your patience while I work on these.
I placed an order for a kit but the pattern isn’t available yet, when will it be?
Please check the Kit & Pattern Status page for estimated timelines. Please note that these dates may change and I’ll do our best to keep this updated accordingly.
My pattern won’t download, what do I do?
Please reach out to us via our Contact Me form and select “I need a pattern download reset”. Please use this method to get a pattern reset as all other methods may not be seen. Pattern resets will happen Monday-Friday within 24 hours and Saturday & Sunday within 48 hours.
